Test User Occupational – Aptitude Level A

Pass this course and you’ll be qualified to administer, interpret and feed back psychometric tests of ability, such as numerical, verbal and spatial reasoning. The course is verified and accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and by employers/clients throughout the UK, and increasingly internationally. The tests used in training are provided by Saville Consulting Ltd.

You will learn how to:

  • Choose the appropriate test for any given purpose
  • Administer, interpret and feed back tests
  • Integrate ability and aptitude tests effectively in both selection/recruitment and development processes
  • Use tests legally, ethically and fairly
  • Evaluate the test from any publisher using knowledge of technical concepts (such as reliability and validity)
