Understanding an individual’s capacity to adapt positively to pressure, setbacks, challenges and change, helps and organisation to ensure that individuals are not subjected to intolerable stresses, and helps the individual to achieve and sustain peak personal effectiveness.
The Resilience Questionnaire™ focuses on elements of an individual’s psychological resilience, patterns of thinking and behaviour that affect their ability to respond positively to setbacks and challenges. The tool can be integrated into a range of talent management activities including coaching, self-development workshops, organisational change, management and leadership development, as well as redeployment, restructure and downsizing.
Whilst individual feedback is the preferred option after administering any psychometric tool, where this is not feasible the Resilience QuestionnaireTM can be used with The Resilience Workbook™ to give delegates further understanding of their resilience profile to help them to develop their ability to deal with challenges, setbacks and change at work:
The Resilience Workbook: Thriving in Challenging Times
The Resilience Workbook has been designed so that an individual can learn all the necessary skills to enhance their resilience. The workbook is full of evidence-based activities, tips and information, to help employees thrive in challenging times. It has been designed to be used in combination with the Resilience Questionnaire, providing an individual insight into how they are resilient and, more importantly, how they can enhance their resilience further.
The Resilience Workbook is focused on assisting a person to learn and embed key strategies so that they can effectively deal with challenges, setbacks and change at work. Therefore, if one-to-one feedback is not feasible, the Resilience Questionnaire and Workbook can be used as a low touch and inexpensive alternative solution.
