Where they were
Nationwide is the world’s largest building society. The firm wanted to evaluate its ever-growing graduate programme to understand which elements affect optimal development and performance. It also wanted to evaluate the success of the current programme and approach.
What we did
Our psychologists worked with Nationwide to design a survey to help decide which elements of the programme worked and which delegates found most useful. We used the results to create a robust and valid development centre around Nationwide competencies. We gave delegates written and verbal feedback on the day.
The post-programme development centre was a winner at the Association of Graduate Recruiters Development Awards.
