KPMG is a leading provider of audit, tax and advisory services. The firm wanted to develop the leadership potential of its managers.

What we did

Through a partnership approach, we developed a programme to help participants understand themselves, others, their differences and their needs. We supported this with psychometric tools (CreativityQ, FIRO-B and an internal 360 questionnaire). These created a dynamic tension that helped leaders understand how basic mental constructs can affect performance, synergy and success.

Project outcome

KPMG have benefited from leaders delivering much sooner and better outcomes from individuals and teams. Customer service and retention of the right people have improved, and a coaching approach has helped build a positive culture.
