House of Fraser is an internationally recognised department store. HoF knew that emotional Intelligence is a key factor in the success of leaders. Their HR experts wanted a tool to benchmark their staff and provide clear developmental feedback.
What we did
We recommended the MHS leadership EQ-I 2.0, a development of the highly successful Bar-On model of emotional intelligence. Over a two-day programme, the HR staff qualified to use both the standard self-report suite of tools and the 360 versions.
House of Fraser has now become a longstanding client. They continue to use the tool, which is at the core of their emotional-intelligence development offering for staff.
