Jacquelyn Rice has been working in the field of Occupational Psychology for 10 years and has worked alongside the other Psyence psychologists as a consultant since 2009. She was previously a consultant at Aon and Water for Fish. Jacquelyn specialises in assessment, development, coaching and well-being.
In terms of her assessment and development experience, Jacquelyn has assessed and developed apprentices, graduates, middle management, senior management and chief executives. She has designed and implemented a wide range of bespoke exercises for assessment and development purposes – including written exercises, situational judgement tests, in-tray exercises and interviews. She is also an expert in training assessors and facilitating assessment and development centres.
Jacquelyn has also organised and delivered coaching programmes for a wide range of individuals, including many one-to-one coaching sessions. She specialises in coaching individuals in areas such as career change and progression, personal organisation and employee well-being.
Well-being in the workplace is a passion for Jacquelyn. Some of her recent well-being projects have been within the care setting. As an example, she has worked closely with residential care homes over the past few years to help them identify and implement stress management interventions to better support managers and carers in undertaking their challenging roles.
